The old man had to beat the audience until he reached and shaked President Museveni's hands at the official oppening of Ibanda University.

President could not ignore this senior citizen as usual. He exchanged a few words with him which made the old man excited more than any one else at the event.

January 2015

Mr. Jeeb Rwomushana is an educationist who has made it possible for Ibanda University.

Rwomushana has been resourceful in the building of schools in Ibanda like Alliance Secondary School, Alliance Vocational School and recently Ibanda University School.

Rwomushana was at Ntare School with President Museveni.
